Termination of subscription
Scope Vision may immediately cancel your subscription, without notice or liability, if we determine, acting reasonably, that: (i) you have breached any portion of these subscription terms or the general terms and conditions for use of the Scope Vision site, or (ii) your use of or access to the Scope Vision site violates any applicable law or regulation or otherwise inhibits any other subscriber from using or accessing the Scope Vision Site or any other service offered by Scope Vision on the Scope Vision Site; or (iii) non-payment of fees due, or (iv) unprofessional conduct.
By going Scope-Pro! you are committing to 12 months of awesome debited at monthly payments of $165.00; which entitles you to access the products outlined at a discounted rate. For this reason, should you wish to cancel your Scope Pro! Be Awesome Collection subscription, you will need to finalise the following payments:
- Termination fee for cancellation of Scope Pro! subscription within 3 months: $495 [3 payment of $165]
- Termination fee for cancellation of Scope Pro! subscription within 6 months$990 [6 payment of $165]
- Termination fee for cancellation of Scope Pro! subscription within 9 months $1485 [9 payment of $165]
- Termination fee for cancellation of Scope Pro! subscription within 12 months $1980 [12 payment of $165]
Valid payment details
Unless stated otherwise by Scope Vision, in order to register for or purchase a service or product, you must submit valid payment details. Valid payments will be processed monthly.
Unless you notify us otherwise, subscription fees and all other fees and charges associated with your subscription will be billed automatically to the payment details you provide when registering for the Be Awesome Collection. If you do not notify us of changes to your billing details, Scope Vision will assume that all of the information related to your nominated payment method remains valid and will submit to the relevant financial institution all information that it requires for approval.
If any subscription fees or other charges billed to your nominated account are not processed for any reason, Scope Vision shall have the right to suspend your subscription until such subscription fees or other charges are paid in full. You agree to pay all costs (including legal fees) incurred by Scope Vision in collecting any unpaid subscription fees or other charges from you. If payment in full is not received from you, Scope Vision reserves the right to cancel your subscription. Subscription fees will apply whether or not you actually use your subscription.
You cannot suspend your subscription to the Scope-Pro! Be Awesome Collection. No refund is offered.
Month-to-month auto-renew subscriptions will continue for a twelve month period.
If you wish to notify us of your intent to cancel your subscription you must do so in writing. Your termination fee as outlined above will then be taken from your nominated account.
Unable to attend scheduled Scope Day
In the event that you are unable to attend one of your four nominated Be Awesome Collection Scope Days you are welcome to send an approved fellow enthusiast in your place. No refund is provided for non-attendance.
Product changes
Scope reserves the right to make changes to the Be Awesome Collection products as we constantly strive to be awesome!
Scope reserves the right to make changes to the Be Awesome Collection Scope Days in the event that unforeseeable events occur within the booked venues; subscribers will be notified in writing within seven (7) days where possible.

Scope does not make any claims, guarantee results, or provide professional advice as part of the Be Awesome Collection. Should business consultancy services be required these may be accessed through the consultancy service arm of Scope Vision.
None of the foregoing limits any other legal, equitable, or contractual rights available to Scope Vision.
